Line items — not order totals — are recorded as freee "transactions." Product name, amount, and quantity are all right there.

Process a refund in Shopify and it's reflected in freee automatically — partial refunds included. No manual corrections.

Install
Install from the Shopify App Store. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.
Connect to freee
Connect via OAuth 2.0 and pick your company (事業所). We never see or store your password.
Map your accounts
Map accounts and tax categories. Use "Auto-fill recommended" to set sensible defaults in one click.
Then it's automatic
New orders and refunds sync the moment payment completes. The last 30 days of orders are imported on setup, too.
Security

Because this app touches your books, we designed it to handle the minimum data necessary, and to keep every connection and credential secure.
We never collect or store personal information such as names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers. Only the amount, tax rate, product name, and quantity needed for bookkeeping.
All communication with Shopify and freee is encrypted in transit with TLS.
Both Shopify and freee connect via OAuth 2.0. This app never holds or stores your login password.
Data is processed on servers located in the Tokyo region.
Already-synced transactions are recognized by a reference number and skipped. Re-running sync never creates duplicate journal entries.
If a line item's tax category can't be determined, it's posted to the "unknown tax category (needs review)" account you configure — or flagged as an error. We never guess on your behalf.
